Following rates are applicable for all Terminals at Dubai International:

Rent: AED 255 per sq.ft.
Utility Charge: Applicable @ 9%
Service Charge: Applicable @ 3%

Lounges
Rent: AED 300 to AED 500 per sq.ft.
Utility Charge: Applicable @ 9%
Service Charge: Applicable @ 3%

Warehouses
Rent: AED 120 per sq.ft.
Utility Charge: Applicable @ 9%
Service Charge: Applicable @ 3%

Stores
Rent: AED 105 per sq.ft.
Utility Charge: Applicable @ 9%
Service Charge: Applicable @ 3%
